The annual Detroit Free Press/Talmer Bank Marathon attracted people from across the U.S and Canada. The race consists of a Marathon (International), Marathon Relay, Half Marathon International (where you run on both sides of the US and Canadian border), US only half marathon, and several other runs. Ruby Kumar was in the top third of the half marathon participants, which was sponsored by Priority Health.
