Paul S. Elowsky, age 67, passed away peacefully at home in Prescott, MI with his loving wife by his side on February 14, 2026. He was born on August 18, 1958, to Earl and Edna (Koenig) Elowsky in Alpena, MI. After graduating from high school, Paul pursued an education at Cornell College earning a Bachelor of Political Science. He was a trade welder, working for Boilermaker’s 169. He worked in that field for 15 years until he retired in 2018. Paul married Donna Louise Nott on November 13, 1993, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Midland, MI.
Paul had many interests and hobbies. He enjoyed playing Euchre, puzzles, collecting, and singing. He especially loved participating in church activities. Paul was a member of Faith Lutheran Church where he sang in the choir. He was also a member of the Choraliers, a barbers shop quartet and the American Legion.
Paul is survived by his wife of 32 years Donna, his daughter Michelle Elowsky, stepchildren; Maureen (Brian) Stoll, Desiree (Brent) Weyrowske, Stephanie Huckins, and Steve Nott, father Rev. Earl Elowsky, siblings; Dr. Earl (Carol) Elowsky, Michelle (Ken) Ferrier, Beth (Mike) Scheer, Rev. Joel (Joy) Elowsky, Lisa (Narayan) Sivaraman, and Jacqueline (Dave) Petersen, lots of grandchildren and 15 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother Edna Elowsky, daughter Paulina Elowsky and brother D’Wayne Elowsky.
Services for Paul will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Faith Lutheran Church in Prescott, MI. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am and conclude at the time of service at 1:00. Condolences and memories can be shared at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com.
