Mark Szafranski, 55 of Luzerne, Michigan took his final trip around the sun on August 25, 2024 at his home surrounded by his two girls. He was welcomed into the afterlife with outstretched arms by Jen. Mark was born on February 27, 1969 to his loving mother Mary (Shelagowski) Szafranski. His hobbies included playing cornhole, riding on his side-by-side, cruising on his Harley Davidson, and drinking Coors Light with friends. Mark exuded happiness wherever he went. Although a quiet guy, he loved to have a good time. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need no matter the job. He never expected anything in return. He had a loving family, incredible friends, and a big lab, Buck, that will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his daughters, Katelyn (Matt) Franke, Kyleigh (Laura) Booth; Austin (Danielle) Blair; mother, Mary Szafranski; siblings, Peggy (Greg), Michelle (Scott), Diane (Dave), Randy, and Jim; many nieces and nephews; numerous buddies; and Kyla, Avery, and Ari. Mark was preceded in death by Jen Szafranski.
In accordance with Mark’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family has chosen to remember him privately at this time.
