Mrs. Judith Arlene Cameron, 84 of Atlanta, Michigan died peacefully at her home surrounded by the love of family on December 20, 2023. She was welcomed into Heaven with outstretched arms by her late husband, Warren. Born on July 16, 1939, in Atlanta, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late, Leslie and Doris (Carlson) Mitchell. She has resided in Atlanta for the last 18 years. Judy was a member of the Full Gospel Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and cooking. She is and will be deeply missed.
Judy is survived by her children, Gary (Beckie) Priehs of Pickford; Carolyn (Larry) Green of Atlanta; Debbie (John) VanCoillie of Lewiston; son-in-law, Don (Pam) Nichols of Atlanta; daughters-in-law, Linda Cameron of Atlanta; and Andrea Priehs of Sterling Heights; several grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and brother, Leslie Mitchell of Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Doris Mitchell; husband, Warren; twin brother, Jack Mitchell; sister, Stella Newell; children, Barry Priehs, Marie Nichols, Dave Cameron, and Brenda Griffin.
Funeral services for Judy will take place at noon on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Full Gospel Assembly of God Church, Pastor Dave Fisher officiating. Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will follow services at Briley Township Cemetery where Judy will be laid to rest. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested in her memory to Hospice of Michigan.
