Daniel Allen Huntley, age 55 of Skidway Lake, MI., passed away peacefully at his home on October 24, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 2, 1967 in Bay City, MI., to the late Daniel and Patricia (Ross) Huntley. Daniel was raised in the Bay City area, but eventually settled in the Prescott area. He was a skilled machinist working for auto parts manufacturers for many years.
Daniel enjoyed be in the outdoors, especially camping. He liked fishing, boating on the lakes, and a good party. Most of all he loved being with his family and friends.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Melissa (Gawne) Huntley; step-children, Daniel (Kalee) Caverly, Olivia Caverly; brothers, Claude (Gayle) Huntley, James Huntley; sisters, Judy Huntley Wilmot, Ann Sperry Huntley; brother-in-law, Lee; step-grandchildren, Westyn and Aspyn Caverly; nieces and nephews, Amanda Leeann, Alexander, Christopher, Joshua, Jeremy, and Lynette.
Daniel is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, David.
