Leone Louise Wolfgang, age 91, of Mio, MI, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023, at her home.
Leone was born in Caro, Michigan on December 14, 1931, daughter of Lillian (Darbee) and Frank Southworth.
She graduated from Caro High School and married her husband Clifford Wolfgang in 1955 and was owner of Cur-Lee’s Kitchen for 21 years. She loved to crochet and bake pies. She loved dogs and they loved her.
Her family include: her husband Clifford Wolfgang; daughter Diane Wolfgang; sons: Steven Wolfgang and Clifford Wolfgang, Jr.; sisters: Pauline, Margaret and Betty,; brothers: Bert, Fred and Edward; grandchildren: Candy, Becky, Steven and Jennifer; great grandchildren: Blake, Caitlin, Eric and Kaylee; great great grandchild: Braylee Jean Ridgeway; several nieces and nephews and lots of friends.
Leone was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sons, 2 brothers, 3 sisters and her parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at The Rose City Park with Pastor Hedy Alcock officiating.
