Edward Gary Jones (Gary) of Hale, MI passed away surrounded by his family on April 27, 2023. He was born to Edward and Violet (Moore) Jones on June 30, 1943, in Toronto, Ontario. Gary arrived to the United States as a baby, and when entering the US his paperwork described his color of hair as “none.”
He married the love of his life, Wilma, on July 11th,1964 in Highland Park, MI. Together they raised a family in Dearborn, MI and later moved to Hale, MI in Iosco County.
He retired in 2005 after working in the glass industry for 37 years. Gary enjoyed hunting, bowling, socializing, sitting around campfires, chatting and being outdoors. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Hale.
He is survived by his loving wife Wilma; his children, Edward Jr. (Julie Ann) and Michael (Pamela Anne); grandchildren, Lauren Nicole, Jadan Kyley, and Nicklaus Edward, Matthew Tyler; and many loving nieces and nephews.
