Max Duane Bixler passed away on the Friday, February 3, 2023, following a brief illness. He was born in Ann Arbor on July 31, 1940, to the late Ida Bixler.
He was retired from General Motors, Ypsilanti plant. He moved to St. Helen to enjoy his love of the outdoors and he also enjoyed collecting Nascar models.
He is survived by his loving companion, Dorothea Kreighbaum of 21 years. Son, Mark (Susan) Kreighbaum and grandchildren, Mark and Kathrine, and a brother Lynn Baldwin.
Private funeral services were entrusted to Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home-Standish Chapel
