Kathleen “Kathy” Ann Grover, age 57, of Prudenville passed away unexpectedly on Sunday February 5, 2023 at home.
Kathleen was born on August 7, 1965 in Detroit, Michigan to David and Judith (Ayers) Delie. Kathy married Grant “Matt” Grover on August 7, 2000 in Oscoda, and he preceded her in death.
She was a vibrant and beautiful soul who loved her children, Leah and Alex, a loving companion to her fiancé Scott Loose, she was a wonderful sister to Darlene Hernalsteen, Christine Kitchen, David (Shari) Delie and Mark (Sandy) Delie, loving aunt to many nieces and nephews, and a friend to many.
Her zest for life was big and bold, she lived life to the fullest, surrounded by family, friends along with her second family of employees and many acquaintances at the Springbrook Inn and Frog Tiki Bar.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lakeside Conference Center located at 100 Clearview Drive, Houghton Lake on Sunday February 12, 2023 from 12 pm – 4 pm. The service will begin at 2 pm. In-lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Kathy are asked to be directed to her children’s College Fund at Kathleen A. Grover Trust, PO Box 389, Prudenville, Michigan 48651.
