Thomas Warner, 83, of Johannesburg

Thomas Anthony Warner, age 83, of Johannesburg, Michigan, passed away on October 26, 2022.

He was born on April 9, 1939, to Tony and Frances (Malinowski) Warner in Detroit, Michigan.

Thomas loved the outdoors, especially deer season in Hessel, Michigan, where he resided for 20 years.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Joyce; children, James, and Connie (Donald) Hamlet; stepchildren, Diane Culhane, Sandra (Eugene) Mouland, Frances (Michael) KcKenney, and George (Jennifer) Pewinski; grandchildren, Lena (Rabeeh) Rayyan, Jack and Joe Warner, Jennifer (Jacob) Martindale, Brittney (Jay) Wilson, and Alisha Hamlet; great-granddaughter, Lily; 11 step-grandchildren; and 8 step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Patty Warner; siblings, Patricia Richardson, Bob (Judy) Warner, and Susan (Larry) Schultz; and nieces and nephews, Doug, Linda, Kristen, Nicholas, Scott, and Barbara.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tony and Frances; and his son, John.

A memorial service was held at the Johannesburg Christian Church, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
