Sandy Barshaw of Standish

Sandy (Sandra) Marie Barshaw left to go be with God on Friday, October 21st at 1:55 p.m. Sandy Marie Barshaw was a woman filled with love. She was a loving Wife, a loving Mother, and a loving Grandma. Her family meant the world to her.

Her beauty shined inside and out. Her faith flowed like a waterfall. She was such a strong woman of God. There are many words that can describe Sandy but one that stands out the most is LOVE.

Sandy truly had a heart of gold. She loved everyone she met, and they became her friend. She would do anything or give anything to anyone, even when she didn’t have anything to give. She loved all the animals in the whole wide world. She had the most beautiful voice, the voice of an angel.

She was born to Luther and Margaret Baggett in Michigan Flint on May 6th, 1959. She leaves behind, to carry on her legacy of faith and love, her Husband Roy, her children: Tom Watson, Chrissy (Nathan) Wilkins, Sadie (Ron) Sturgis, Danielle (Jacob) Dziesinski, and Leila (Garrett) Bargeron. Grandchildren: Tori, Keaton, Landon, Parker, Tommy, Isaiah, and Katie; Her Mother (Margaret) and Mother-in-law (Rebecca Barshaw), 5 Brothers; Duane, Charlie, Richard, Gary, Ernie and 2 Sisters; Debra, Diana, her Fur-baby Theodore (Theader), and her Grand fur-babies; Adelle, Macklei, Nigel, Remalee, Trekker, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was reunited in Heaven by her Dad (Luther) and Father-in-law (Dan Barshaw).

We will be having a Celebration of Sandy’s Life at the Free Methodist Church on November 6th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Located at 495 N Forest St. Standish, MI 48658.
