Ezra Bradd, 77, of Standish

Ezra John Bradd, 77, passed away peacefully, Friday, November 25, 2022 with his wife, Roberta and niece, Culleen Ostroski, by his side. He was born in Bay City, Michigan on June 25, 1945 to the late Ezery and Marion (Bayes) Bradd. Ezra married the love of his life, Roberta Jean Slusser, on March 20, 1968, in Bentley at Roberta’s parents, the late Carol and Alice Slusser. Ezra was a Veteran of the Vietnam War, worked security, drove school bus, drove semi-truck, was a postal worker, worked for the Arenac County Animal Control for 18 years and was a volunteer Conservation Office for another 18 years before final retirement.

Ezra is survived by his wife of 54 years, Roberta, sister in-law Deanna (Art) Rice, brother in-law Jack (Willow) Slusser, sisters in-law Pamela Slusser and Patti Stagray and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezery and Marion Bradd, step-mother Margaret Bradd, in-laws Carol and Alice Slusser, brothers in- law Jim Slusser and Roy Stagray and sister in-law Karen Slusser.

According to Ezra’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service celebrating Ezra’s life will be held Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Adams Township Hall, Sterling, Michigan.   Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Lee Ramsay Funeral Home-STANDISH CHAPEL, Standish, Michigan.
