Clarence George Donovan, age 74 of Skidway Lake, MI., passed away unexpectedly at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 30, 1948 in Caro, MI., to the late George and Adaia (Craig) Donovan. He married Diana (Bidwell) Donovan June 27, 1970 and they had 4 wonderful children together. Diana passed away in December of 2021.
Clarence was a professional tradesman in the construction industry specializing in drywall installation. He was a wonderful grandfather who loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a kid at heart and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
Clarence is survived by his children, Joanna Coryell, Tonia (Stuart) Rogers, Tina Siegrist, and Rodney Donovan; grandchildren, Matthew (Desiree) Crider, Andrew (April) Crider, Kimberly (Bucky) Coryell, Brianna (Aaron) Brookshire, Dakota Donovan, Chyanne (Michael) Gray, Thaddius Siegrist, Sean (Krissy) Siegrist; 16 great-grandchildren; nephew, Scott; nieces, Michelle and Jackie. Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Diana; brothers, Dick, Bill, and Ace.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
