Michael Joseph Simpson, age 72, of Roscommon, died on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at his home.
Mike was born January 31, 1950, in Pontiac, Michigan, the son of Gerald and Donna (McCall) Simpson.
Mike will be remembered for loving to ride motorcycles. He was a master electrician and enjoyed working for himself. Mike was a musician and had a passion for playing the bass guitar. He was also known for fixing up his own cars.
Mike will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his children: Robert (Rosemarie) Simpson, Kelly (Kris) Lockitski; grandchildren: Jacquelyn Simpson, Joshua Simpson, Amelia Simpson, Emma Lockitski, Sawyer Lockitski; sister, Patricia (Tom) Sierens; sister-in-law, Marcia Simpson; brother-in-law, Carl Schiele; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Gerald Simpson; and sisters: Carol Thorstad, Veronica Schiele.
Mike’s family has chosen to remember him privately at this time.
