Thomas Eugene Sheppard. age 96 of West Branch, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022 in St. Helen, MI. Thomas was born on June 18, 1925, to Frederick and Pauline (Fisher) Sheppard in West Branch, MI. He has lived in West Branch his whole life. Thomas was very active in the Moose Lodge of West Branch and was a Past Governor. He loved hunting and fishing and took many fly in trips to Canada.
Thomas is survived by his son, Thomas A. (Anita) Sheppard, daughter, Vickie Harrington, stepchildren, Donald Gardner Jr, Jon Gardner, 5 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren. Also surviving is brother, Richard (Marquieta) Sheppard and special friend, Winston. He is preceded in death by wife, Fern Sheppard, stepson, Larry Gardner, brother, Jim Sheppard, and sister, Charlotte Parliament.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Brookside Cemetery at 1:30 PM. Reid Roseburgh will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society or charity of your choice.
