Charles Clifford Cottrell, 88, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 14, 2022. He was born July 11, 1933 to Lawrence D. and Shirley (Brown) Cottrell in Turner, Michigan.
Charles married Susan E. Morgan on October 27, 1956.
He is survived by his wife and four kids. Charles T., Aileen (Dennis) Grezeszak, Lawrence W. (Jillian), and Clifford C. (Laura). Charles had 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
He served in the U.S Army from 1953-1955 during the Korean War. He retired from General Motors in 1996. Charles was a faithful Christian. He didn’t know any strangers just a new friend that needed to know of the love and greatness of God. Charles loved to share tracts with everyone.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am (instate at 10:00 am) on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at Full Gospel Lighthouse Church in Au Gres, MI.
