Barbara Marie Boyd, age 85, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022 at MyMichigan Medical Center in West Branch, MI. She lived in West Branch since 1968 formerly of Hazel Park, MI.
Barbara was born on March 9, 1936 in Detroit to Joseph and Eleanor (Conus) Straub. She enjoyed traveling and RVing. She and her husband toured the southern United States ending up in Florida where they spent the winter months. They eventually bought a home in Port Richey, FL and made it their winter home.
Barbara is survived by her son David (Kathy) Boyd of West Bloomfield, MI and grandchildren Logan, Kellen, Christopher, William, and Scott.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Allen Boyd, son, William David Boyd, and brother, David Straub.
Cremation has taken place and no services are scheduled at this time.
