Lillian “Lee” Marie Montgomery, 78, of Grayling passed away peacefully at home Thursday, November 11, 2021.
Lee was born on June 23, 1943 in Brooklyn, NY to Nicholas and Alberta (McIntosh) Duryea. She loved gardening and quilting. She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is going to be missed by all who knew her.
Lee is survived by her children Danielle Holloway, Laurie (Jim) Gippert, Kim (Rick) Schmidt, Emory Jason Montgomery and David Arthur Montgomery; 19 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother David (Shirley) Duryea and sister Lori Horrevoets. She is preceded in death by her husband David Montgomery, brother Ted Duryea, and her parents.
