Lucille Josephine Seitz, (nee Sellinger), age 91, of Ft. Pierce, Florida and Higgins Lake, Michigan, died peacefully on Thursday, June 25, 2020, at The Brook in Roscommon (which is still pridefully Covid free), in the presence and comfort of her family.
Lucy was born on Thursday, October 25, 1928 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of Joseph and Katherine (Schubert) Sellinger.
Lucy married Carl Ernest Seitz, deceased, on December 14, 1951 in Detroit, Michigan.
Lucy hated to cook and liked to sleep in.
Lucy is survived by her children: James Paul (Melissa) Seitz of Higgins Lake, Michigan, Janice Kathryn Seitz of Clarkston, Michigan, John Carl Seitz of Ft. Pierce, Florida; grandson Matthew Joseph Seitz of Midland, Michigan and preceded in death by her granddaughter Nicole Chantelle Seitz.
Lucy’s family has chosen to remember her privately at this time.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Lucy’s name to March of Dimes.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
