Carolyn Ann (Lennox-Bennett) Wiechert, age 73, of Houghton Lake, died on Sunday, May 17, 2020, at home in the presence and comfort of her family.
Carol was born Thursday, February 27, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Bruce and Maxine (Davy) Lennox.
Carol married Denny on July 2, 1994 in Saginaw, Michigan. She will be remembered for her love of genealogy. Carol enjoyed spending time with her family.
Carol will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband Denny; children: Laurie Ciszek of Saginaw, Michigan, Steve Bennett of Hemlock, Michigan, LeAnn (Lin Lehman) DonSang of Wheeler, Michigan, Matt (Shannon) Wiechert of Hemlock, Michigan, Kelly (Pete) Sims of Saginaw, Michigan; grandchildren: Cameron, Brooklyn, Gavin, Ashlee, Deja, Erika, Cortney; great-grandchildren: Layla, Logan, Laykn, Landyn; sisters: Helen, Lucy, MaryAnn; brothers: Bruce, Bob, Mike; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Joe and Jim, and her grandson Alexander Lehman.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Carol’s name to the Humane Society.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
