Ann Marie Stanley, age 74, of Roscommon, died on Thursday, April 23, 2020, at home in the presence and comfort of her family.
Ann was born Wednesday, September 19, 1945 in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter Edmund and Dorothy (Branton) Kraus.
Ann married Clarence on April 26, 1974, in Ferndale, Michigan. Ann will always be remembered for enjoying quilting, bowling and her gardening. She was an active member of “Friends Helping Friends”. Ann had many loving friends and family. She will be greatly missed. Ann is survived by her husband, Clarence; children: Tommy, Joe, Marie, Scott, Jeannie, Karen; 24 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and counting; brother Art Kraus; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ann is preceded in death by her parents, son Clarence Jr. and daughter Sherrie.
Ann’s family has chosen to remember her privately at this time.
The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Ann’s name to the Humane Society of Michigan or your local animal shelter.
