Lynn M Robbins, 62, of Prudenville

Lynn M Robbins, 62, of  Prudenville passed away on Wednesday August 21, 2019 at home with her loving family by her side.

Lynn was born on June 12, 1957 in Toledo, Ohio to Stephen and Beverly (Leatherman) Fitsko. She grew up in the Toledo area, graduating from Springfield High School in Holland, Ohio. Following high school, Lynn served in the Army. Lynn met Rex A. Robbins while serving in the Army and they were married on May 21, 1981 in Toledo, Ohio.  The couple moved to the Lansing area before moving to Houghton Lake in 1986. Lynn worked at area restaurants, including several years at Pat and Bob’s Pressure Crack, as a server and a cook.   She was an avid softball player.  Lynn loved spending time with family and especially loved being with the grandchildren.

Surviving Mrs. Robbins are her loving husband of 38 years, Rex  Robbins of Prudenville; three daughters, Theresa (Keith) Hanson of East Jordon, Kelli Robbins of Houghton Lake and Jennifer Robbins of Mancelona; son, Chris Robbins of Houghton Lake; step mother Joan Fitsko of Holland, Ohio; sister, Katy Clouthier of Swanton, OH; two brothers, Tony(Sherrie) Fitsko of Holland, OH, and James(Cora) Fitsko of Columbus, OH; several nieces and nephews.  Lynn was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Michael.

A Celebration of Life Service and Gathering for Lynn Robbins will be held at the Houghton Lake Moose Lodge 1:00pm Wednesday August 28, 2019. Memorial contributions in memory of Lynn are asked to be directed to the family. Christler Funeral Home, Houghton Lake Chapel is serving the family.
