Timothy John McGee

Timothy John McGee, 73, of Roscommon died May 14, 2018 at his home.

Timothy was born in Sault Ste. Marie Oct. 28, 1944 to Fred Hollis and Mildred Elizabeth (Reiman) McGee. He married Teri Elizabeth Wilds July 18, 1981 in Warren.

Timothy resided in Roscommon for 27 years, having previously lived in Detroit..

Timothy was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army.

He worked over 40 years as a Millwright in building trades, having retired in 2002. He was a member of Millwright Local 1102.

He enjoyed motorcycles, fishing and woodworking. He liked to shoot pool and card playing. He loved being with his family especially his grandchildren.

Surviving are his wife, Teri, three children, Shannon (Walt) McGee-Cramer of Roscommon, Shawn (Julia) McGee of Roscommon and Audrey McGee of Roscommon and significant other, Travis Williams of Grayling; grandchildren, Dylan Gilliam and fianc+¬, Makayla Smith, Ellie, Callen and Henrik McGee, all of Roscommon; siblings, Michael McGee of Roseville; John (Dorothy) McGee of Rapid City; Cecilia (Jerry) Kunnath of Fairview; Kathleen (Jeff) Wieske of Mt. Clemens and Mary Antoun of Trenton; many nieces and nephews; and his special four legged friend, Wilbur.

Timothy is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Daniel McGee.

A gathering of family and friends was held at Gerrish Township Hall Saturday, May 19, 2018.
