Sharon Rose Hudson of Houghton Lake

Sharon Rose Hudson, 57, of Houghton Lake passed away April 3, 2017 at home.

She was born on November 13, 1959 in Melvindale to James and Mona (Scott) Previch.

She was married on August 13, 1993 in Las Vegas to Charles Ray Hudson.

Mrs. Hudson was employed as a water treatment operator in Bear Creek, Alabama. She moved to Houghton Lake from Alabama two years ago where she enjoyed volunteering at the Houghton Lake Library.

Surviving are her husband Charles Ray Hudson of Adrian; two sons, David Dickerson of Houghton Lake, and Trevor Hudson of Adrian; grandson Cade Dickerson of Campbell, Alabama; and parents, James and Mona Previch of Houghton Lake.

Also surviving are brother, Jim (Renee) Previch of Adrian; and nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jessica, Frank, and Kristin.

Visitation is April 7 at St. John Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Memorial Service with Rev. William Winter officiating.

Memorial contributions in memory of Sharon are asked to be directed to the family.

Christler Funeral Home, Houghton Lake Chapel is serving the family.
