Sandi Wright, 69, of Roscommon passed away April 10, 2016 at her home.
Sandi was born July 14, 1946 in Mt. Clemens to Elmer C. and Edwina (Heckman) Peebles. She married James H. Wright on March 20, 1965 in East Detroit.
Sandi resided in Roscommon since 2001, Mancelona from 1997, coming from Harrison Twp.
Sandi was an administrative assistant with the US Dept. of Defense for 15 years until 1997.
She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Roscommon.
Sandi enjoyed fishing, reading, playing with her grandchildren, camping, traveling and walking.
Surviving are her husband, Jim; two sons, Tim Wright of Chesterfield and Tom (Jessica) Wright of Harrison Twp.; two grandchildren, Carter and Colin; and brother, John (Diane) Peebles of Rochester Hills.
She was predeceased by her parents.
Funeral services were held April 16, 2016 at Messiah Lutheran Church, Roscommon with The Rev. Renee E. MacLeod officiating. Burial is at Gerrish Township Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
