ST. HELEN– Paul Dembinski, President of the St. Helen Chamber of Commerce, was presented with a Certificate of Appreciation by Kathy Jernigan and Jan Waltz of the Roscommon Marketing Committee in recognition of his outstanding efforts in helping ensure the St. Helen Bluegill was installed in time for its unveiling on June 1.
