Colonel Scott Meyers would like to thank the Community Chamber Members who nominated him for Citizen of the Year. One of the nominations stated: “Colonel Scott Myers was instrumental in getting our National Guard base to become a multi-service base. All our U.S. Armed Forces can come train here. There’s only one other such base in the United States and that is in Mississippi. The benefits of having an ambitious leader who values local community connections, and he wants the support of Crawford County citizens is notable.
