HALE– Cheers and proud tears filled Eagle Pointe Plaza in Hale on June 2 as Iosco RESA Adult Education celebrated 55 graduates earning high school diplomas or equivalency credentials across Northeast Michigan. Ten graduates attended the ceremony, walking the stage surrounded by family, friends, and supporters.

Graduates shared stories of perseverance, balancing work, family, and personal challenges while pursuing their education. Asher Noble said earning his credential is “the first step” toward studying technology at ACC this fall. Graduate Paige Foster was also recognized for earning both her GED and a Certified Manufacturing Associate certification through the program.

Speakers encouraged graduates to continue building on their success and reminded attendees that it’s never too late to achieve educational goals.
