Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Toward Health)

REGION– Diabetes PATH (A self-management resource center program) is a free, interactive workshop designed to help people living with diabetes feel more confident, supported, and in control of their health.

  • You’ll learn how to:
  • Manage diabetes symptoms
  • Be more physically active
  • Make healthier food choices
  • Communicate effectively with family, friends, and healthcare providers
  • Program benefits may include:
  • Improved blood sugar control
  • Reduced nerve pain
  • Better management of stress, anger, and frustration
  • Increased energy and physical activity
  • Improved quality of life

Free for Michigan residents. Family members, friends, and caregivers are welcome.

Meets once a week for 6 weeks (2 hours per session)

Live Zoom class (not recorded)

Participants must attend all six sessions and use video and audio. Classes will be Thursdays, March 5–April 16 from 1:30–3:30 p.m. ET Online via Zoom
