One Morning Maddie awoke and was panicked as she looked at her alarm clock, she overslept for a whole hour!
She rushed to her bathroom and brushed her teeth and doing her hair as fast as ever! She finally was ready and went down the stairs just to find out… It is a SNOWDAY!
Maddie was relieved, but what was she going to do today? She thought to herself “I should ask my friends what they think we should do.” She went downstairs, her mother sitting there looking at her like a hawk. Maddie said to her mom, “hey mom just wondering if I could go out with my friends today,” in response, her mom said sus as an Amongus character ” it depends”.
Trailing back up to her room, Maddie called her friends and decided they were going on an adventure. After the call Maddie came back downstairs and her mom was making waffles “yum!” said Maddie. “I will get the syrup!”
Maddie was done eating and told her mom she was headed out and would be back before two o’ clock this afternoon. Maddie and her friends are headed to the park, they will skate, go on walks, and eat.
First Maddie and her friends go skating, they had so much fun, the glory of Winter rained on them as they carelessly glided along the ice. One of her friends, Blaire, had recently gotten a puppy so they were all going on about that. Later, they sat down to have these corndogs that were a blessing in disguise, they were the best corndogs they have ever eaten.
Just before they were about to leave, they went on a walk in the park, they are just seeing the real magic of Winter, it was beautiful. There were a bunch of icicles hanging off small huts and pine trees covered in snow, what could get more beautiful than this…
”This”! Yells Maddie a pond with snowy twinkle lights all around it and people soaking in the real feeling of a snowy day. Maddie and her friends had all said goodbye and went home, Maddie got home just in time for Christmas cookies. After decorating cookies her mom asked about her day.
“This day has been filled with the best Winter wonderland adventures”!
