ROSCOMMON – VFW Post #4159 help a “purse auction Feb. 25. The event featured a number of purses and other items that were given away in a public auction format.
Proceeds benefitted the organization’s PTSD program the post is developing. Proceeds from the post’s “meat auctions” also go toward the program.
The events are open to the public. Watch for updates at Up North Voice, on the posts Facebook page or the sign in front of the building on M-18..
The public is always invited to attend.
