ROSCOMMON – In an ongoing effort to create density and encourage growth in the downtown and surrounding areas, the Sawmill Rural Business Center, Village of Roscommon and Roscommon DDA are hosting the 2018 Roscommon ‘Dream for sale’ event on Saturday, June 9 from Noon-4 p.m.
This is event is intended to highlight commercial buildings and business opportunities to create excitement about the current revitalization efforts being put forth for the future of our town.
If one of the following applies you may want to consider participating in this event:
– Are the owner of a vacant building
– Are the real estate agent of a commercial listing
– Own a building or business currently for sale
– Own a building or business that you are considering selling in the near future
