Grayling Main Street enters third year

GRAYLING – This July marks the beginning of Grayling Main Streets third year as a Select level community. The work started by GRIP got the program off the ground in 2013, when Grayling was selected to begin as an Associate level Main Street Community. In 2014 it graduated to Select Level, and progress continues to be made every month as we all drive toward the organization’s vision.

As the program enters its third year the search for more volunteers that are committed and engaging continues. Are you a Grayling supporter? Do you love out town? Do you want Grayling to grow, prosper, and be the best little town in the North? If you answered yes, please consider joining the Grayling Main Street volunteer bank.

The Grayling Main Street Board currently has two vacancies A stakeholder in the Grayling Main Street District, business owner, employee, or property owner, must fill one of the vacancies. The other vacancy can be filled by an enthusiastic person who believes they can help us continue our work to revitalize Grayling and make it an interesting, fun place where people want to live, work, and age.

For more information on the Grayling Main Street Program or volunteer opportunities, please contact Rae at 989-390-7689 or by email at downtowngrayling@gmail.com.
