Rotarian receives second Fellowship pin

HOUGHTON LAKE – Houghton Lake Rotarian Phillip Spicer was recently recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International. The Paul Harris Fellow recognition acknowledges individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. The fellowship was established in 1957 to recognize and encourage contributions to the Rotary Foundation which reached 1 million fellows in 2006.
